A good localisation. A friendly staff.

Very poor breakfast. We additionaly paid, maybe for the second coffe.

We are 3 persons and spent 2 nights in this B&B. It's near to the city center and the airport. Good restaurant nearby. The chamber is confortable and quiet. Alex, the host, is a kind and warmhearted guy, and he can speak english. Do not hesitate to ask him for some advice or information about the city tour, restaurants, train and bus schedule...If he has time, he can even show you around the city. And I recommend also the local restaurant "Ziu Ninu", which is 300m away from the B&B, very sardinia, very good.

We stayed here 2 days, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was fridge in the room even it was not mentioned on Booked.net. The "hotel" is like a flat with 3 bedrooms which are made to be hotel rooms. The "livingroom" area has snack / drink machine and the prices are very reasonable, almost same as in the supermarket so you dont need to carry anything to your room what you can find from the machine. There is also a microwave, cups and plates and toaster in case you want to buy something from supermarket and eat there. Breakfast is given by a 2 cafeteria (you can choose) accross the street where you can have your coffee, croisant or another pastry, juice etc... I would definately recommend this hotel! The best thing was the cleaness, I was surprised that it really were clean!

It was not clear what the breakfast includes! We were not sure could we have more than 1 coffee, more than 1 pastry, more than 1 juice or were there another alternatives? For us cup of coffee, glass of juice and 1 croisant were enough but surely it wont be enough for everyone. Anyhow the breakfast was fresh and delicious at least.

It was much cheaper than other accomodation in Cagliari.

The room and the bathroom were extremely small; the bathroom was not too clean when we arrived, and it was only cleaned once in the 7 days we stayed there. There is no actual breakfast offered - the guests have the possibility to have breakfast in one of the cafes nearby, which includes only some pastries and a coffee. This is a lot more like a hostel than a bed and breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for more than one night's stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is good located. I had a nice stay there.

- Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff but not everybody speaks English. Leave your car there and explore Cagliary per bus - its perfect (buy a single ticket, go to central station, buy daily or weekly tickets for even less money).

- The part of town is not very nice. However, you will find free parking places and a bus stop in the direct neighborhood. - Rooms are noisy when B&B is full with young people you won't get to sleep. - Breakfast does not deserve to be named a meal. One croissant, one coffee in the bar , that's it.

Clean and tidy place,easy and fast access to the center by bus from the guest house, friendly and helpful owner.HIGHLY Recommend.

Though not very spacious, the singe accommodation room was clean and well maintained. The staff don't speak English but were cordial. Suitable only for students like me.

Not so spacious. The bathroom door didn't serve the purpose (for my room). It was like sitting in the main room and doing it !

The guest house office locates opposite to the guest house which was apartment with 3 rooms, but it is only open in the office hours, if problem occurs out of the office hours, can't find the receiption asking for help and check out. The first night I came back to the room there was no electricity and hot water.. Information was not given about holiday (Easter) office/city opening hours. Room is far too small, especially the bathroom., The breakfast is too poor. If other people smoke in other room,the whole apartment has the smook as well, noise came from other room easily.
